If you need to make a change on an order once it has been placed, please call us immediately (941-896-4946) as we start the process of filling your order as soon as we receive it. If the order has already been shipped it cannot be changed and will have to fall under our Refund Policy

At this time we cannot honor the store credit issued thru our brick and mortar store online automatically. You may call the store and work with us on what you would like from the online store and we can process it via the phone, 941-896-4946.

Yes, just add all of that information and request in the Order Notes section when checking out.


We ship within one business day of your order. On rare occasions it may take up to two business days to ship. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and Holidays. If something happens to be on backorder and due within one to two weeks of your order, you will be notified via email to make sure you still want the item. If an item is backordered that is part of a multiple item order, the items in stock will be shipped within the one business day and the backordered item will ship separately with no shipping charge.

When ordering before you finalize the checkout process, enter your zip code and the shipping charge will be applied.

Shortly after your order has shipped you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information.
